Joining forces with local real estate agents who took notice of her unique design style, Liz has been staging and designing spaces for all budgets ranging from empty, bank owned properties to mid century modern condos and historical carriage homes. Each project requires different attentions depending upon the nature of the property and needs of the homeowner and/or real estate agent.
Her unique design belief is simple: Home should be comfortable & inviting. Informal and relaxed. For this reason, most of our projects are designed with the prospective buyer in mind. Will there be young children? Is this a starter home or perhaps the newly empty-nester? Can someone work from home or entertain large groups at the holidays? Keeping in mind "use-of-space" is key to creating a listing that makes sense. Pops of colors, interesting patterns, soft, unstructured fabrics & always a TV help create spaces that people want to linger in. Liz believes staging is a tool to help sell real homes to real people in the real world. Staging is an accessible sales tool for the entire market & should be not be dismissed at any price point.
When is comes to real estate staging, Liz makes every effort possible to use many of the homeowners current belongings while supplementing with staging inventory. Budgets are a large factor when facing a move and Liz does everything possible to stage each home within the intended budget. Good taste does not have to be expensive!
Stamford is home and has been for over 35 years.
